Fresh Basil And Tomato Quiche With 3 Cheeses

- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup Shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup Shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon All purpose flour shopping list
- 6 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup Half & Half shopping list
- 3 roma tomatoes, sliced in circles shopping list
- 1/2 cup Fresh Chopped basil leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat an 8 inch quiche dish with non stick spray.
- Combine cheeses.
- In a small bowl toss 1 cup of combined cheeses with flour.
- Place the cheese/flour mixture in bottom of quiche pan.
- Add the rest of the cheese on top.
- Lightly wisk eggs together, add half & half and wisk till frothy.
- Pour egg mixture over cheeses.
- Sprinkle shredded basil leaves on top of egg mixture and lay tomato slices on top.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until center is nicely browned and domed.
- Let sit out for at least 20 minutes so eggs will set.
