Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut each bread slice with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Each slice should make 2 rounds.
  • Spray 12 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Spread butter on bread rounds.
  • Press into muffin cups.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. until toasted.
  • Place garlic in foil.
  • Pour oil over garlic.
  • Wrap in foil and bake 25 min. at 350 degrees.
  • Cool garlic and mash in small bowl.
  • In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, chives, salt, and garlic. Spoon into toast cups.
  • Garnish with additional chives or parsley sprigs.
