How to make it

  • Soak ears of corn in cold water for 15 minutes before putting them on the grill. Don't worry about removing the silks, they will come off when you remove the husks.
  • Squeeze out the excess water and place the corn directly on a hot grill.
  • turn occasionally with tongs, for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the heat of the grill.
  • Peel off husks and serve with chipotle seasoning salt and butter.
