Ingredients
  • 1 each large green and red pepper
  • cut into strips.
  • 1 large onion thinley sliced
  • 1 Lb. boneless chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup BBQ. sauce {your choice}
  • 4 white or whole wheat tortillas warmed {10 inch}
  • 1 cup pepperjack or cheddar cheese {shredded}

Directions
  1. cook and stir veggies in larger nonstick skillet on medium high heat{3 minutes}
  2. Add chicken cook and stir 4 minutes or till no longer pink.
  3. Stir in BBQ. sauce cook medium heat 3 minutes stirring ocassionally.
  4. Spoon chicke mixture down center of tortilla top with cheese roll up cut in half
