Mediterranean Burgers

This is incredible and won 2nd place in the neighborhood burger cookoff this weekend. The olives and cheese add a very unique flavor to the everyday burger. Yummers
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped green olives shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons capers shopping list
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Mix meat with salt and pepper and form into 8 patties.
- Combine remaining ingredients and divide between half the patties.
- Place remaining patties on top and press edges to seal.
- Grill over hot coals turning once halfway through cooking.
