Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons chopped green olives

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons capers

2 tablespoons pine nuts

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Mix meat with salt and pepper and form into 8 patties.

Combine remaining ingredients and divide between half the patties.

Place remaining patties on top and press edges to seal.

Grill over hot coals turning once halfway through cooking.
