How to make it

  • melt the chocolate and milk together in a double boiler until smooth
  • allow to cool slightly,set aside
  • boil the sugar and water together in a thick based pot on med. heat until a thick and bubbly syrup is formed +- 5 mins /105*C on a sugar thermometer
  • in a seperate dish mix tog the cornflour,water and gelatine until smooth
  • add the hot syrup to the gelatine mixture gradually,using an electric mixer ,beat for about 10 mins /until thick and sticky
  • add the melted choc and the whipped cream to the marshmallow mix and beat until well combined
  • pour into glass bowls quickly and allow to set
  • decorate with fresh cream rosettes,choc curls and stawberry fans
  • YUMMY.....YUMMY......YUMMY.......YUMMY.......YUMMY...........YUMMY..
