chocolate marshmallow mousse

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 Tbs cornflour shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 heaped Tbs gelatine shopping list
- 200 grams plain chocolate{good quality} shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 250 ml fresh cream {whipped} shopping list
How to make it
- melt the chocolate and milk together in a double boiler until smooth
- allow to cool slightly,set aside
- boil the sugar and water together in a thick based pot on med. heat until a thick and bubbly syrup is formed +- 5 mins /105*C on a sugar thermometer
- in a seperate dish mix tog the cornflour,water and gelatine until smooth
- add the hot syrup to the gelatine mixture gradually,using an electric mixer ,beat for about 10 mins /until thick and sticky
- add the melted choc and the whipped cream to the marshmallow mix and beat until well combined
- pour into glass bowls quickly and allow to set
- decorate with fresh cream rosettes,choc curls and stawberry fans
