Sweet And Spicy Chicken

- 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper or foil then flatten with a meat mallet to 1/2" thick.
- Mix flour, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium high heat then dip chicken breasts in flour mixture.
- Coat all sides well then sauté chicken on 3 minutes per side.
- While chicken cooks mix honey and mustard together.
- Remove chicken to two dinner plates and spread mustard sauce on top.
