Sausage stuffed Jalopenos

- 24 Large Jalopeno peppers shopping list
- 1 lb. Hot pork sausage shopping list
- 2 Eight oz. pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 Pkg. bacon shopping list
- Left-over mixture may be frozen shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Slice peppers in half
- De-seed and de-vein peppers, make sure to wear latex gloves
- Cook sausage in pan for 5 min. or until done, drain
- Mix sausage and cream cheese together in a bowl
- Take your rings off because it mixes better with your fingers
- Stuff the peppers
- Wrap peppers with bacon strips and secure with toothpick
- Place peppers on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes
