Translated off a German food group for a pie made from meat and veges. probably like a hamburger type of pie!

Ingredients
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 150 ml Water
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 8 Tbs corn flour
  • 125ml low-fat milk
  • 150 g goat cheese
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 10 green olives with red pepper stuffing sliced
  • 420 g chopped raw mixed meat ( beef, pork, etc )
  • 1 Yellow,and 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Meaty tomato thick sliced

Directions
  1. Prep time does not include chilling of dough
  2. Make a dough of one egg, water, salt, baking powder and flour
  3. Knead elastic and let chill 30 minutes.
  4. .
  5. Dice onions and peppers and brown in a pan.
  6. Brown the mixed meat in another pan
  7. Combine the browned meat and onions and peppers
  8. Slice the olives , half the tomatoes, crumble the cheese and add to meat mixture ( except for 2 Tbs cheese )
  9. Mash 2 Tbs cheese with 2 eggs and the milk and the corn flour.
  10. Add to sauteed meat and veggies and cook till thickened
  11. Cool mixture
  12. Roll out dough on a baking dish , add the cooled meat mixture, top with the tomatoes
  13. Bake 200C about 35 minutes
  14. Let sit about 10 mins before serving
