Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Whole Chicken Breast,boned,skinned,split

Directions
  1. Melt butter in a small pan.
  2. Add mustard,honey,curry powder and cayenne pepper,mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil,stirring constantly.
  4. Rinse chicken,pat dry.
  5. Arrange chicken in a greased 9" square pan.
  6. Pour mustard mixture over chicken.
  7. Bake covered ,at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Baste with pan juices.
  9. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  10. ~Note: May serve with rice for an oriental flair,with black beans for a hint of the Caribbean,or with French Fries and dipping sauce of equal parts mustard and honey for...Well...Just because.~
