- 1 cup low fat milk plus additional if needed in morning if desired. shopping list
- 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt plus additional in morning if desired shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey or to taste shopping list
- 2 cups instant oatmeal preferably McCanns Irish oatmeal or steel oats. shopping list
- fresh berries, sliced bananas or grated apple shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together the milk, yogurt and honey in a bowl.
- Add the oatmeal and stir well.
- Cover the bowl in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate overnight and take out in morning.
- In the morning stir the muesli well and add additional milk if desired.
- Although the non fat opiton has obvious slimming benefits the whole milk and whole yogurt gives a richer flavor and consistency.
- Plain yogut is packed with calcium and protein.

Sounds great to me ive had something similar once by american indians on the reservation in montana
they cooked apples and cinnamon and raisins in it with brown sugar it cooked for a while it was delicious as it stands with no milk or anything <...moreminitindel in THE HEART OF THE WINE COUNTRY loved it
