This is an old fashion recipe for cereal that the kids love, as well. Top this one with fresh berries, apple slices or slivered almonds. Made with whole milk yogurt and fresh low fat milk....or you can opt for non fat version, as well...

This sounds good and easy!
I've been eating a low fat breakfast every morning also...I pour a bowl of cornflakes, then I add fat free half n' half, sprinkled with 1 tsp. of cocoa powder and 1 packet of splenda...soooo good and it cures my chocolate craving without any guilt!
