Serve with stuffed arepas if desired( I have posted a few arepa recipes already )

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk ( not cream of coconut )
- 2 cups regular milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- sugar to taste
- ice
Directions
- In a blender with some ice, add ingredients and blend
- Sweeten to taste with sugar
- Serve 1 to 2
