Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta

BACON CHEESEBURGER PASTA This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brimley Estate in Garland, Texas in 1999.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked tube or spiral pasta shopping list
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 6 strips bacon diced shopping list
- 1 can condensed tomato soup undiluted shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- barbecue sauce and prepared mustard optional shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink then drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet cook bacon until crisp then remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels.
- Discard drippings then drain pasta and add to the skillet.
- Add soup, beef and bacon then heat through.
- Sprinkle with cheese then cover and cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve with barbecue sauce and mustard if desired.
