Oatmeal Walnut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

1/4 cup butter softened{real butter}

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 large egg

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 cup regular Oats

1/4 tsp. Salt

2/3 cup golden raisins

1/4 cup chopped Walnuts{toasted

Cooking Spray

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN 350

put first 5 ingredients in large bowlBeat with mixer at medium speed untill well blended

Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup-Level with a knife

Add:Flour Oats and salt to egg mixtureBeat well Stir in raisins and walnuts

Drop by level tablespoons 1 1/2 inch apart onto a Bakin sheet coated with cooking spray

Bake 350 for 12 minutes or untill lightly brown

Remove from oven let stand 2 minutes

remove cooies from baking sheet

cool on wire rack Yeilds 2 dozen
