How to make it

  • PREHEAT OVEN 350
  • put first 5 ingredients in large bowlBeat with mixer at medium speed untill well blended
  • Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup-Level with a knife
  • Add:Flour Oats and salt to egg mixtureBeat well Stir in raisins and walnuts
  • Drop by level tablespoons 1 1/2 inch apart onto a Bakin sheet coated with cooking spray
  • Bake 350 for 12 minutes or untill lightly brown
  • Remove from oven let stand 2 minutes
  • remove cooies from baking sheet
  • cool on wire rack Yeilds 2 dozen

    Oatmeal cookies are my very favorite! I have never tried them with golden raisins. Im sure it's good. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us!

    One of my favorite cookies! I always have a unique problem with raisins in cookies - they always tend to burn - do you ever have this problem? Maybe it's my oven - it's an antique like me for sure! Thanks for the great post and high 5!
