Ingredients

1 medium onion diced

1/2 red or green bell pepper diced

2 tbs, vegtable oil

2 cups cooked ground Turkey

1 8oz. can tomatoe sauce

1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix

1-16 oz can Jumbo biscuits{Your choice}split

1 cup colby cheese or pepperjack cheese {shredded variety}

6 green onions choppes

Toppings- sour cream salsa

Directions

Saute; onion and pepper in hot oil over medium high heat 5 minutes or till onion is tender stir in ground turkey, tomatoe sauce and taco seasonings remove from hea let cool.

Roll each buscuit half into a 6 inch circle spoon 2 tablespoons turkey mixture cheese and green onions on 1 side each circle fold in half seal edges with fork

Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake 400 for 15 minutes till golden

serve with sour cream and salsa
