Sesame Soba Noodles

- 8 ounces soba noodles shopping list
- 6 tablespoons chicken broth shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon gingerroot shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoons warm water shopping list
- 3 green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Bring large kettle of water to a boil and cook noodles until al dente about 5 minutes.
- Run under cold water for a few seconds then drain and turn into a serving bowl.
- Toss with 2 tablespoons broth then place in freezer to chill quickly.
- Combine garlic, ginger, juice, peanut butter, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, salt and water.
- When pasta comes to room temperature toss with sesame sauce until coated.
- Add remaining broth and toss then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
