Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 envelope taco seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 of a medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1 can or 3 med. chilies minced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 2 boxs corn bread mix shopping list
- 1 lb shredded cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef,onion,garlic,and chilies....drain
- Mix beef with taco seasoning and cheese
- prepare cornbread mix as instructed on box and add creamed corn
- Put beef mixture in bottom of large cast iron skillete and pour cornbread over top
- Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until corbread is brown.
- I make this in a cast iron skillete, you can use a 8x8 pan.
