Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1/2 of a medium onion chopped
  • 1 can or 3 med. chilies minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 boxs corn bread mix
  • 1 lb shredded cheddar

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef,onion,garlic,and chilies....drain
  2. Mix beef with taco seasoning and cheese
  3. prepare cornbread mix as instructed on box and add creamed corn
  4. Put beef mixture in bottom of large cast iron skillete and pour cornbread over top
  5. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until corbread is brown.
  6. I make this in a cast iron skillete, you can use a 8x8 pan.
