Mint Cocoa Krispies Treats Recipe

Everyone's favorite Rice Krispie treats topped with Andes candies. Sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies cereal
- Creme de Menthe or Mint Parfait Andes candies
Directions
- Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Cocoa Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- Melt Andes candies over low heat in medium saucepan.
- Drizzle over the top of the cocoa krispies or coat the entire top.
- Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day
