Baked Pineapple - easy and yummy - my friend in Manassas, Virginia emailed this recipe to me - enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 2-15-1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks or tidbits, DRAINED
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, grated
- or you can use sharp.
- 1 stick butter
- one (1) sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed fine
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour together.
- Add drained pineapple and grated cheese.
- Toss thoroughly (keep it in the bowl though;-)
- Place in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Melt butter, mix with the crushed crackers.
- Spread over pineapple mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Note from Kath (I always bake it for about 45 minutes or so)
- Note from Ditty: I have to do lots of google searches to check imperial against metric :-) and for things like Sharp and Stick of Butter....lol
