This is a very comforting and very impressive dish to serve somebody who needs a pick me up. A very impressive and very tasty dish. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 diced scallion green tops
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 lobsters cooked and meat picked out
  • 4 cups cooked noodles

Directions
  1. Sauté scallions and garlic in butter then add salt and pepper.
  2. Add brandy and flame then cook until flame goes out then add wine and reduce to one half.
  3. Add cream then simmer until thick about 15 minutes.
  4. Add lobster meat and heat through then serve over noodles.
