Italian Beer Cheese Dip From Mancinos

LOVE this cheese dip. We get this a lot when we go to Mancino's, a locally owned restaurant, with pizza, grinders, etc. As presented by the owner on a local news program.
Ingredients
- mayonnaise 1 cup shopping list
- beer 1 cup shopping list
- ricotta cheese 1 cup shopping list
- mozzarella cheese 1 lb. shopping list
- cream cheese 8 oz. softened shopping list
- pepperoni 12 oz. Cut into strips shopping list
- black olives 1 cup sliced shopping list
- garlic 1 Tblsp shopping list
- **Mancino's seasoning 1 Tblsp shopping list
- Italian bread Crumbs shopping list
- tortilla chips or toasted Italian bread shopping list
- ** Mancino's seasoning Mix : (salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes) equal parts of each (this is a great seasoning mix, I mix it up by 2 Tablespoons of each, and use until time to mix more!). shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly place in baking dish
- Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top and bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes
- serve with Tortilla chips or toasted Italian bread
