Honey-Lime Granola with Almonds

- · 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats shopping list
- · 1 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- · ¼ cup wheat germ shopping list
- · ½ cup unsweetened coconut shopping list
- · ½ cup oat bran shopping list
- · 3 tbs. flax seeds shopping list
- · ½ cup honey shopping list
- · ¼ cup oil shopping list
- · 2 tbs. limeade concentrate shopping list
- · ½ tsp. salt shopping list
- · 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- · 1 small lime, zested and juiced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Lightly grease a foil-lined jellyroll pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss together oats, almonds, wheat germ, coconut, oat bran, and flax seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, oil, concentrate, salt, vanilla, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Pour lime mixture into oat mixture, stir well to combine.
- Spread out on prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 ½ hours or until golden brown and lightly crispy, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
