How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a foil-lined jellyroll pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, toss together oats, almonds, wheat germ, coconut, oat bran, and flax seeds.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, oil, concentrate, salt, vanilla, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Pour lime mixture into oat mixture, stir well to combine.
  • Spread out on prepared pan.
  • Bake for 1 ½ hours or until golden brown and lightly crispy, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature.

    This sounds wonderful...I LOVE granola, I love honey, I love lime, and I'm a fan of vanilla...I might sub a different nut, but I'm gonna try this one. :) Great addition, Lark!
