How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350ยบ
  • Combine crumbs, cheese, parlsey, salt and pepper
  • Place in a dredging pan
  • Melt butter over low heat, do not brown
  • Stir in the garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce for a minute but keep heat low so as not to brown
  • Let mixture cool enough to touch but not congeal
  • Dip chicken breasts into butter mixture and then into breadcrumb mixture so that the pieces are well coated; pat crumbs with your hands
  • Place the pieces of chicken, side by side, in a large shallow baking dish
  • Drizzle the rest of the butter mixture over the chicken.
  • Baste once or twice during the cooking.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and the juices run clear when pierced with the tip of a knife
