Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Tear bread into crumbs or use food processor.
  • Combine onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and garlic.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup chili sauce.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and all remaining ingredients.
  • Mix very well with your hands.
  • Lightly spray a loaf pan. Press meat mixture into pan and flatten the top. Spread remaining chil sauce over the top (do not add more than recipe calls for - it overpowers everything else).
  • Bake for 70-75 minutes.
  • Allow meatloaf to stand for 20 minutes before serving.
