How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then smear 4 large circles of parchment paper with butter.
  • Place a salmon fillet in center of each one and top with 1/4 of the leeks.
  • Divide olive oil, wine and chervil among each and season well.
  • Draw up edges of the paper and fold edges to make packets.
  • Place on baking sheet and cook 20 minutes.
  • Open packets carefully and keep juices and leeks with salmon as you serve it with lemon juice.
