Salmon and Leeks

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets shopping list
- 2 leeks finely sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chervil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then smear 4 large circles of parchment paper with butter.
- Place a salmon fillet in center of each one and top with 1/4 of the leeks.
- Divide olive oil, wine and chervil among each and season well.
- Draw up edges of the paper and fold edges to make packets.
- Place on baking sheet and cook 20 minutes.
- Open packets carefully and keep juices and leeks with salmon as you serve it with lemon juice.
