Roasted Poblano Parsley Sauce Recipe
Ideal on griled meats and roasted vegetables,this sauce is smoky(from roasted poblanos),tangy(from pureed feta) and a little sweet(parsley) Food and Wine

Ingredients
  • 1 large poblano pepper-roasted,skinned,seeded and chopped
  • 2 c packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 large garlic clovr,minced
  • 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt

Directions
  1. In food processor,pulse all but the lime juice and salt until pureed. Stir in the lime juice and season with salt.
  2. Serve with bread,grilled meats or sliced tomatoes.
