Easy Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 eggs

1/3 cup water

1/4 white sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Roll dough into walnut sized balls, roll in sugar, and place onto lightly greased cookie sheet, or baking stone.

Press with tines of fork to give "criss cross" appearance.

Bake at 350 for about 17 minutes until edges are beginning to brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE

Lightly press each cookie, if desired, and let cool completely on baking sheet.

OMG what a great Idea. My kids & friends love the cake mix cookies. I have done the chocolate cake and added peanut butter chips to them. I have a pool and there are always kids over so when I get the cake mixes on sale i stock up. I think I am going to try this one today!! also one suggestion too ( I know i am a pain) you can probably roll them into balls & dip in suger and when cooked add a hershey's kiss to make easy peanut butter blossoms. Love the chocolate peanut butter combo.
