Grilled Philly Cheesesteak Tacos

- 1 lb. flank steak,trimmed shopping list
- 3/4 lb white mushrooms shopping list
- 1 bell pepper,quartered shopping list
- 1 onion,thickly sliced crosswise shopping list
- 3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 8 taco shells shopping list
- 1 c shredded monteray jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill to med-high. On a large baking sheet,arrange the steak,mushrooms,bell pepper,and onion;brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Thread mushrooms onto a skewer.
- Grill the steak and vegetables,turning once,until the steak is well-crusted and vegetables are charred and softened,about 12 min;transfer to large plate and let stand till vegetables are cool enough to handle.
- Thinly slice steak and vegetables seperately and transfer the vegetables to a large bowl;season with salt and pepper. Divide the steak among the taco shells,top with the grilled vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
