Kodiac Casserole

- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 4 cups sweet onion, diced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 green bell peppers, diced shopping list
- 4 cups celery, diced shopping list
- 1 (5 ounce) jar stuffed green olives, sliced shopping list
- 8 ounces canned mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1 can tomato soup shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) jar picante sauce shopping list
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- In Dutch oven, brown ground beef, onion and garlic.
- Add noodles and remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese.
- Spoon into 2 greased casseroles.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese before serving.
