This dry rub and the beer make these ribs the most tender, delicious ribs I've ever had! Goes great with baked beans.

Ingredients
  • For the Rub:
  • 1.5 TBS. Course Kosher Salt
  • 1TBS. Pepper
  • 2 TBS. Garlic Powder
  • 2 TBS. Onion Powder
  • 1 TBS. Paprika
  • 1 TBS. Chili Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp. Ceyanne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin
  • The rest:
  • I Rack of Babyback ribs
  • 1 Can of beer
  • 3 Toes garlic
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions
  1. Remove membrane from back side of ribs and cut rack in half
  2. Mix the rub ingredients together
  3. Rub the mixture thoruoghly onto the ribs, front and back
  4. Place ribs in a ziplock or vacuum seal bag
  5. Add can of beer to the bag and seal the bag tight
  6. Let this sit in the fridge over night
  7. When you are ready to cook the ribs, take them out of the fridge and let them set about 10 minutes
  8. Meanwhile, cut up 3 toes of garlic and mix them into 1 to 1.5 cups of BBQ sauce
  9. Add just a splash of water to the BBQ sauce to thin it out a little
  10. Brush the BBQ mixture all over the ribs
  11. Put ribs in 13x 9 baking dish along with the beer from the bag and cover with foil
  12. Bake for 2.5 hours in a preheated 260 degree oven
  13. Finish cooking them on a hot grill for about 10 mins., basting occasionally with the remaining BBQ sauce and garlic mixture
