This is one of those odd sounding recipes that I would never have tried just from reading it. Someone brought it to a party and it's been a favorite since.Great for potlucks and parties- I always bring home an empty pan. Read more .. See less

Ingredients

I large family size bag Frito Scoops corn chips or 2 small bags shopping list
1 cup white corn syrup shopping list
1 cup white or brown sugar shopping list
1 cup peanut butter shopping list

How to make it

Line a large jelly roll pan or two cake pans with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
Pour in the Fritos and arrange in a single layer as much as possible.
Combine Corn syrup and sugar in medium saucepan.
Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil, stirring fequently.
Remove from heat and stir in Peanut Butter.
Immediately drizzle evenly over Fritos untill all pieces are covered.
Let sit until cool enough to eat.

I make these for parties all the time. Everyone always loves them. Sweet, salty, and chewy ! I only use whole Scoops (no broken ones) and turn them up so they're like little bowls and fill each one individually.
