Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine Peanut Butter and Honey in large non-stick bowl or pot.
  • If too stiff to mix, heat gently (low heat) on stovetop or microwave
  • Add Oatmeal and any other ingredient that sounds good
  • Continue to mix until all ingredients are well combined
  • Press into 9 X 9 inch pan and refrigerate
  • When chilled, cut into 16 bars
  • Wrap individual bars in waxed paper and store in plastic bags
  • Refrigeration is not required once the bars have been cut and wrapped

    Thanks! I tried it last week with Steel Cut oats, and if you don't break a tooth, it adds a nice crunch to it. ;-}
