How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and add peas during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
  • In large skillet melt butter and add mushrooms and onion then sauté 4 minutes.
  • Whisk together broth, flour, salt and herbs then add to skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Stir constantly then simmer 2 minutes.
  • Add wine and cream then gently stir in shrimp and cook until heated through.
  • Serve over pasta and snap peas.
