Crispy Sesame Shrimp

CRISPY SESAME SHRIMP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gonzalez Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix crushed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 large egg white shopping list
- 3/4 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 then combine first 6 ingredients in shallow dish and stir well.
- Place egg white in a small shallow bowl and stir well.
- Dip shrimp in egg white and dredge in stuffing mixture.
- Place shrimp on large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Lightly coat shrimp with cooking spray then bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
