Lower calorie Hummus

- 1 can of chick peas (garbanzo's) drained with liquid reserved shopping list
- 2 cups of cooked cauliflower (cook it until it is soft enough to mash with a fork) shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed (I love garlic-use however much you like) shopping list
- 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of cumin shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- in a food processor blend the cauliflower and garbanzo's until mixed and chunky
- add everything else except the reserved liquid
- start blending adding the reserved liquid a little at a time until it is the consistency you like
- ENJOY!
