How to make it

  • You need a microwave pan, I used those little black bowls that you get with the mirowave cakes for one.
  • Spray the pan with spray oil so the eggs do not stick. I used butter flavored.
  • Put the onion in the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add eggs, milk, and seasoning.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. The eggs should still look a little wettish.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Cook for 1 more minute.
  • This was so easy and the kids loved it!
