How to make it

  • Rinse fish and pat dry
  • Cut into serving-size pieces: set aside
  • In small bowl, combine butter, 1 T salsa, lime peel, garlic, and cumin
  • Place fillets in single layer on foil-lined jellyroll pan
  • Brush butter mixture over fish
  • Tuck under any thin edges
  • Bake in 400 degree oven about 8-10 minutes
  • Top with additional salsa
