Tilapia With Salsa Butter

- 1 pound tilapia fillets shopping list
- 2 T butter, melted shopping list
- 1 T salsa shopping list
- grated peel of one lime shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 t cumin shopping list
- salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse fish and pat dry
- Cut into serving-size pieces: set aside
- In small bowl, combine butter, 1 T salsa, lime peel, garlic, and cumin
- Place fillets in single layer on foil-lined jellyroll pan
- Brush butter mixture over fish
- Tuck under any thin edges
- Bake in 400 degree oven about 8-10 minutes
- Top with additional salsa
