Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- ½ cup Kahlua
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup candied cherries chopped
- 1/3 cup golden raisins chopped
- 2 ½ cups fine vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup pecans finely chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Coatings:
- Cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
- flaked coconut
- chopped or ground nuts
Directions
- In a bowl, combine Kahlua, corn syrup, cherries and raisins. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Shape in small balls. Roll in desired coating. Cover and store in cool, dark place.
- Makes about 4 dozen.
