KAHLUA COCOA BALLS

Quick and easy. A great idea is to give as a gift on holidays and to that special someone.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- ½ cup Kahlua shopping list
- ¼ cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup candied cherries chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup golden raisins chopped shopping list
- 2 ½ cups fine vanilla wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 cup pecans finely chopped shopping list
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- Coatings: shopping list
- cocoa powder shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
- flaked coconut shopping list
- chopped or ground nuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine Kahlua, corn syrup, cherries and raisins. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Shape in small balls. Roll in desired coating. Cover and store in cool, dark place.
- Makes about 4 dozen.

Love this one will be makeing these this year to go with my Christmas baskets i send to friends and now i have a elegent candy to put in them.
Yeah yeah i make baskets...hahahahahaha
