Johns Macaroni cake

this is a combo of pasta,eggs,cheese
Ingredients
- 1lb of linguine pasta shopping list
- 6 eggs beaten shopping list
- 4 tbsp of grated cheese ( parmiagano ) shopping list
- 8 oz of mozzerella cubed shopping list
- 1 greased deep 9 inch sq pan or dish shopping list
- preheat oven to 400 degrees shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- cook linguine al’dente drain well ,put back in pot –
- mix all the other ingredients together -then add to the linguine, add salt aand pepper,mix well, and pour into deep 9 inch pan ,dot the top of the macaroni with 2 tablespoons of butter and bake for about 60mins – or until bottom and top is golden brown. ( its better if you use a pyrex glass pan this way u can see when bottom is brown )
