Hot Sauce Burgers Stuffed with Blue Cheese

If we can have hot wings, why not hot burgers?
Ingredients
- 4 tbls. butter, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup hot sauce, divided shopping list
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1 tbls. garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- ½ tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 6 hamburger rolls shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in microwave
- Whisk in hot sauce
- In mixing bowl, mix blue cheese and garlic in small bowl
- In another mixing bowl, mix beef, celery seed, onion and ¼ cup hot sauce mixture until blended
- Form into 12-4 inch patties
- Spoon 2 tsp. cheese mixture into center of 6 patties
- Top with remaining patties and press together, sealing edges
- Grill over medium heat until desired doneness
- Brush with remaining hot sauce mixture during last 2 minutes of cooking
- Toast buns and serve

WOW, Brad would love these! He's a blue cheese fan, me not so much, but I could use cheddar or pepper jack. I am a fan of hot sauce though! Sounds friggin fantastic, Wynne!
