Ingredients

4 tbls. butter, softened

1/3 cup hot sauce, divided

½ cup crumbled blue cheese

1 tbls. garlic, finely chopped

2 lbs. ground beef

½ tsp. celery seed

1/3 cup onion, finely chopped

6 hamburger rolls

Directions

Melt butter in microwave

Whisk in hot sauce

In mixing bowl, mix blue cheese and garlic in small bowl

In another mixing bowl, mix beef, celery seed, onion and ¼ cup hot sauce mixture until blended

Form into 12-4 inch patties

Spoon 2 tsp. cheese mixture into center of 6 patties

Top with remaining patties and press together, sealing edges

Grill over medium heat until desired doneness

Brush with remaining hot sauce mixture during last 2 minutes of cooking

Toast buns and serve
