Double Barbecue Bacon Wrapped Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

White BBQ Sauce:

1/4 c mayonnaise or salad dressing

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp cider vinegar

2 tsp chopped parsley

1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts

8 slices packagrd precooked bacon

2 tsp BBQ seasoning

1/4 c BBQ sauce

Directions

Heat grill. In small bowl,combine white bbq sauce ingredients;cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Wrap eack chicken breast with 2 slices bacon,stretching bacon to cover as much of the breast as possible;secure ends of bacon to chicken with toothpicks. Sprinkle both sides with BBQ seasoning.

Place chicken on grill over med. heat Cover grill;cook 5 mins. Brush with 2 Tbs of the BBQ sauce. Cook 5 to 7 mins longer or till juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut. Turn chicken;brush with remaining BBQ sauce . Serve chicken topped with white BBQ sauce.
