Double Barbecue Bacon Wrapped Chicken

BBQ Chicken breast wrapped in bacon with a white BBQ sauce. If you want ,Sparow64's White BBQ sauce is very popular.
Ingredients
- White BBQ Sauce: shopping list
- 1/4 c mayonnaise or salad dressing shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce shopping list
- bacon-Wrapped chicken shopping list
- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 8 slices packagrd precooked bacon shopping list
- 2 tsp BBQ seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 c BBQ sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill. In small bowl,combine white bbq sauce ingredients;cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Wrap eack chicken breast with 2 slices bacon,stretching bacon to cover as much of the breast as possible;secure ends of bacon to chicken with toothpicks. Sprinkle both sides with BBQ seasoning.
- Place chicken on grill over med. heat Cover grill;cook 5 mins. Brush with 2 Tbs of the BBQ sauce. Cook 5 to 7 mins longer or till juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut. Turn chicken;brush with remaining BBQ sauce . Serve chicken topped with white BBQ sauce.
