Confetti Bean Salad

- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup canola oil shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 can green beans shopping list
- 1 can yellow wax beans shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans shopping list
- 1 can Black beans shopping list
- 1 can great northern beans shopping list
- 1 can garbanzo beans shopping list
- 1 large onion ; chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper ; chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper ; chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Drain all beans, rinse in cold water, drain and add to bowl.
- Add onions and peppers.
- Mix well.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours for best flavor.
- NOTES: You can use any type of canned bean you prefer - cannellini, great northern, pinto, red beans, small white, cranberry, etc.
