Potluck Potatoes

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 2 teaspoons onion powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water just until fork tender.
- Drain and cool.
- In large bowl combine onion powder, garlic, sour cream, soup and cheddar cheese.
- Fold in potatoes.
- Spoon into greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
