this is a fast and easy dip that can be served as a dessert or a snack... if you use a seedless watermelon it is a snap to make...it makes approx. 4 cups

Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded

Directions
  1. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and watermelon until smooth.
  2. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold in sour cream.
  4. Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.
