Fresh Watermelon Fruit Dip

this is a fast and easy dip that can be served as a dessert or a snack... if you use a seedless watermelon it is a snap to make...it makes approx. 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded shopping list
How to make it
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and watermelon until smooth.
- Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Serve with a variety of fresh fruits.
