How to make it

  • In large skillet, melt butter.
  • Add wine, ground black pepper, parsley and heavy cream.
  • Bring to a "bubble"
  • Add seafood and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender-crisp or to your liking.
  • Add parmesan and simer 2 minutes.
  • Serve over pasta with a green salad and crusty bread.

    Harbor house... is that the resturant that serves all you can eat shrimp?

    Wonderful... thanks! I love your seafood recipes... Do you do lobster? Been wanting to try that on our grill.. any tips? This will be a first for us.
