Harbor House Seafood Primavera

- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced shopping list
- 3/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour shopping list
- 8 ounces sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry shopping list
- 8 ounces crabmeat shopping list
- 8 to 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 8 ounces lobster meat (I usually leave this out) shopping list
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta, cooked, drained and kept warm shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- 1 cup broccoli florets shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrot, peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced on a diagonal shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated or shredded shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet, melt butter.
- Add wine, ground black pepper, parsley and heavy cream.
- Bring to a "bubble"
- Add seafood and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender-crisp or to your liking.
- Add parmesan and simer 2 minutes.
- Serve over pasta with a green salad and crusty bread.
