- 1 tsp. fenugreek seeds shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground dried serrano chilies or other ground dried chilies shopping list
- 1/2 cup paprika shopping list
- 2 tbsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground all-spice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Finely grind fenugreek seeds (found in Asian markets)
- In a bowl, combine ground fenugreek seeds with the remaining ingredients.
- Store in container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
