This dessert will surely make everyone go 'Wow'. I serve this dessert in a clear truffle bowl that shows the layers of pudding mixture and oreo cookie crumbs. It is a good dessert to be brought to a picnic and very easy to prepare. Read more Obviously a crowd pleasure. See less
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies shopping list
- 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (in room temperature) shopping list
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 small package instant chocolate pudding shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Finely crumble Oreo cookies in food processor.
- (Note: you can also crush Oreo cookies by placing the cookies in a large ziplock bag and smash cookies with a rolling pin.)
- Soften cream cheese and add powdered sugar, beating with mixer until well blended.
- In a separate, larger bowl, mix instant pudding and milk until well blended. Add to this mixture the Cool Whip.
- Blend in cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture.
- Starting with crumbled cookies, layer cookie crumbs and creamy mixture in the flower pot, topping it off with cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate until it's time to serve.
