How to make it

  • Use chocolate cookie crust from crust post.
  • Preheat oven to 325^.
  • In a small cup or bowl, mix espresso and vanilla until dissolved.
  • In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time.
  • Add espresso/vanilla blend.
  • Add chocolate, cinnamon, and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 325^ for 1 1/4 hours, or until center is firm.
  • Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
