Capuccino Cheesecake

- 2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 5 large eggs shopping list
- 1 Tbsp instant espresso shopping list
- 2 tea vanilla extract shopping list
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled shopping list
- 1 tea cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Use chocolate cookie crust from crust post.
- Preheat oven to 325^.
- In a small cup or bowl, mix espresso and vanilla until dissolved.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add espresso/vanilla blend.
- Add chocolate, cinnamon, and cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325^ for 1 1/4 hours, or until center is firm.
- Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
