This is the method and ingredients I use for crusts of my cheesecakes. I just wanted to simplify the cheesecake recipes, because I type so slow!!!!!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed or ground cookies
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • Vanilla--'Nilla wafers
  • Chocolate-- Nabisco Famous wafers
  • Pecan--sandies
  • Coconut, Almond, Ginger, Cinnamon, etc.

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Warm in microwave about 30 seconds.
  3. Mix until completely blended.
  4. Butter sides and bottom of 10" Spring-pan.
  5. Press crumb mixture onto sides and bottom of pan.
  6. Set in fridge or freezer to set.
