Ingredients

1 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs separated

2 cups flour

1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Cream butter and sugar.

Add yolks beating until light and fluffy

Blend in the flour

Roll dough into 1 inch balls

Dip in egg white and then into nuts.

Place on a cookie sheet

Make a depression in the center

Bake at 300F for about 20 minutes
